Reservoir Hill Park and Parker-Bennett Community Center will be receiving new playgrounds at their facilities.

Spring 2025 is bringing exciting updates to two key community spaces: Reservoir Hill Park and the Parker-Bennett Community Center. Parks Maintenance teams are already at work, prepping the sites for the installation of brand-new playgrounds designed to enhance the park experience for all children.

These new playgrounds will feature inclusive turf surfacing, which provides a smooth and accessible area for children of all abilities, ensuring that everyone can enjoy outdoor play without barriers. The turf surface is not only safer and more durable, but it also helps with accessibility, making it easier for kids with mobility challenges to explore and play.

In addition to the updated surfacing, the playgrounds will be equipped with a variety of play structures, designed to encourage creative and physical play for children of all ages. From climbing features to slides, swings, and more, there will be something for everyone to enjoy, promoting social interaction, physical activity, and imaginative play.
