A burial service is scheduled in the back portion of Cemetery #2 with an expected attendance of over 500 visitors. Arrangements have been made for only one entrance, with parking for this burial to extend from the back portion of the cemetery to the middle sections.
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. - Fairview Cemetery #2 will be closed from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday, August 10, 2024, in preparation for the set up and arrival of a burial/funeral service.
A burial service is scheduled in the back portion of Cemetery #2 with an expected attendance of over 500 visitors. Arrangements have been made for only one entrance, with parking for this burial to extend from the back portion of the cemetery to the middle sections. This will eliminate any access to these sections by those not attending the service and visiting their loved ones.
Motorists will encounter possible delays if operating in the vicinity of this event and may wish to consider alternative routes. Fairview Cemetery Staff also wishes to remind motorist in the vicinity of this event to proceed with caution as increased traffic can be anticipated.
