Community feedback will help shape the an action plan's final version to address long-term recovery and restoration of housing, infrastructure, planning, and economic development in areas affected by the December storms.
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. - The Kentucky Department of Local Government wants to hear from people affected by the December tornadoes as the department works to draft a plan to spend about $74 million in federal funding.
The funds are provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development through the Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery Program.
Community feedback will help shape the plan's final version to address long-term recovery and restoration of housing, infrastructure, planning, and economic development in areas affected by the storms.
