Traffic impacts are planned in Downtown BGKY today, April 26, 2024 for a pedestrian march from and to First Christian Church on State Street, around Fountain Square and back to the church via College Street and 12th Avenue for the annual Take Back the Night event.

Traffic impacts are planned in Downtown BGKY today, April 26, 2024 for a pedestrian march from and to First Christian Church on State Street, around Fountain Square and back to the church via College Street and 12th Avenue for the annual Take Back the Night event hosted by Hope Harbor. The march is planned to start at 6:00 p.m. and will conclude no later than 7:00 p.m.

The walk route and the approaches to the walk route will close to vehicular traffic 10-15 minutes prior to the Walk Start time to allow the route to clear.

Parking will not be restricted along the route, but vehicles will not be able to enter the route or leave parking spaces in the route while the walk/parade is in progress.
