Take some time this week to get out among the trees and appreciate all they do for us. Here’s a list of places to go and things to do to get you started:

• Take a Walk with us! Join us for a Tree Walk & Talk at Kereiakes Park Tuesday October 14th at 10:00 am. We will meet in the disc golf parking lot (back) and have a walking talk about trees with a forester from the KY Division of Forestry.
• Join the Bowling Green Tree Board for a tour of the Baker Arboretum on Thursday October 16th at 4:00 pm. The Baker Arboretum is a horticultural jewel in our beautiful city!

• Visit our local arboretum
• Plant a tree at our tree board website
• Take a virtual tour of our city’s parks trees
• Visit our parks
• Visit Lost River Cave and walk the Scarecrow Trail
• Adopt a Tree
