Community Tree Steward: Nomination Form

A Community Tree Steward is a member of our community that has demonstrated a commitment to the care and nurturing of our urban forest within the City of Bowling Green. Past recipients have demonstrated their commitment by preserving notable specimen trees and/or supporting community forestry through donations of time or funds. Other possible forms of service could include educational outreach, tree planting activities, or any activity that improves our urban forest.

If someone you know has made a contribution to our urban forest in some way we would like to recognize their efforts. We like recognize our Community Tree Stewards at our Arbor Day celebration each year. To nominate someone please complete the following form or contact the city Arborist at 393-3111. Please include a summary of why this person or organization is a Community Tree Steward.
