Facilities Division
Facility Management Division is responsible for:
- Facility capital improvements and renovation
- Management of custodial, heat/air, plumbing, and electrical contracts
- Utility service
- Maintenance of parking lots and grounds
- Ordering and stocking buildings’ supplies and general maintenance repairs
The Facilities Management Division staff provides management for several key public buildings like:
- City Hall
- City Hall Annex
- All Bowling Green Fire Stations
- Police Headquarters
- Public Works Administration
- Riverview at Hobson
- Sloan Convention Center
- Neighborhood & Community Services Building
