Purpose
The purpose of Neighborhood and Community Services is to provide personalized customer service for the education, enforcement and information to all citizens of our community. Services are delivered through public investments, building enforcement, housing opportunities, property maintenance and community support in order to enhance the overall quality of life and sustain the character of the community.
Vision
Neighborhood and Community Services desires to be an organization that delivers services for the community. NCS will build positive relationships with local organizations, community leaders and the citizens to ensure that services are delivered effectively. NCS must ensure effective communication internally, with its partners and to the public to ensure services are delivered consistently. NCS is part of the team that works towards creating a safe and attractive community where people want to live, work and play.
