2025 Track & Field Meet

Come join us for a fun-filled program to introduce kids to track & field. Track events include: 50 Meter Dash, 100 Meter Dash, 200 Meter Dash, 4 x 100 Meter Relay and field events include: Standing Long Jump & Shot Put. Camp is a 3-day event. Exercises and drills will be used to establish a foundation, prepare participants for participating in Track & Field Events, learn the basic rules, techniques to protect themselves from injury all while having fun!
