Jose Gonzalez is a longtime resident of Bowling Green and has been involved with local businesses in the West End since 2001 when his parents established a Latino grocery store in the area of Woodford Avenue.
Jose attended L. C. Curry Elementary as a child and was among the first students to attend Bowling Green Junior High after its reconstruction. He is a graduate of Bowling Green High School and attended Western Kentucky University before committing himself full-time to serving his childhood neighborhood through his family business and personal investment properties.
In addition to these projects he continues to aid small businesses of various kinds through his work in merchant services with JadaPay and social media advertising with BuyLocalBG. He is also an active member of the Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce and the Bowling Green Young Professionals.
