Code Description:
All sidewalks, walkways, stairs, driveways, parking spaces and similar areas shall be kept in a proper state of repair, and maintained free from hazardous conditions. The parking lot at this location is not maintained in good repair or safe condition. Large and multiple potholes are present in the front and side which create a hazard for traveling motorists.

A construction dumpster has not been provided for the materials in the back. A dumpster is needed for the disposal of all construction debris, including concrete, blocks, and rocks.
