Code Description:
1.) ZO Article 3, Section 3.2.1 – Site Work Permit and Building Permit. A complete application for a Building Permit shall be submitted to the Building Inspector of the appropriate agency, along with the appropriate review and inspection fee. Upon determination that the proposed development is in compliance with all requirements, including but not limited to this Ordinance and the adopted building code, the Building Inspector shall issue a building permit. A Change of Use permit was not obtained to convert the prior warehouse use to the current indoor recreation use (cheer facility). 2.) ZO Article 4.6.8. Section E.3. – General Commercial Development Standards – E. Off-Street Parking & Loading - Change of Use. – Where the principal use is changed to a use for which additional parking is required under the provisions of this ordinance, it shall be unlawful to begin or maintain such altered use until the required off-street parking is provided and the site is brought into compliance with all other applicable provisions of this ordinance including, paving, and landscaping. The current indoor recreation use (cheer facility) requires a greater amount of off-street parking than the prior warehouse use.
