Code Description:
All interior surfaces, including windows and doors, shall be maintained in good, clean and sanitary condition. Peeling, chipping, flaking or abraded paint shall be repaired, removed or covered. Cracked or loose plaster, decayed wood and other defective surface conditions shall be corrected. During the inspection, a mold-like substance was observed on the bathroom ceiling, likely resulting from a continuous water leak. Similar mold-like growth was also noted on the kitchen cabinets. Consult a certified mold inspector to conduct a thorough assessment and provide a detailed report and repair water leak. Drywall on the celling needs to be repaired after water leak is fixed.

There appears to be a continuous water leak originating from the upstairs unit, occurring in the bathroom each time the upstairs tenant uses the shower.
