All interior surfaces, including windows and doors, shall be maintained in good, clean and sanitary condition. Peeling, chipping, flaking or abraded paint shall be repaired, removed or covered. Cracked or loose plaster, decayed wood and other defective surface conditions shall be corrected. Multiple areas inside the hair salon have mold like substance on the walls and ceilings. Provide a report from a mold certified expert and solution to remedy the problem.

The permitting of any manure, rubbish or filth, animal carcass, decaying animal or vegetable matter, excessive animal excrement or any foul or nauseous substance, or nauseous or offensive odor to be emitted or to be discharged out of or flow from the premises; During a complaint-based inspection it was reported that odors from the G Dogs business are emanating to the Hair salon. Lack of ventilation in both businesses and shared wall with the opening at the top is being pulled into other business. Please determine the cause or source of cross-ventilation between spaces and take appropriate action to eliminate odors passing from one business to another.

Our office was notified by City staff that a change of use permit is required. You were given deadline of February 2025 by a Building Division and as of today no permit is on file.
