No person shall own, keep or harbor any animal that unreasonably annoys humans, endangers the life or health of persons or other animals, or substantially interferes with the rights of citizens, other than their owner’s, to enjoyment of life or property. The term “animal nuisances” shall include, but is not limited to: Any animal that goes upon any property or premises not owned or occupied by the person who keeps, harbors or owns the animal without permission. One black pitbull type dog identified as 'Jaws' was observed loose trespassing onto properties where it does not reside. The dog owner and property owner were previously issued a notice of this same violation in October 2024 via mail. Please make immediate corrections to ensure 'Jaws' remains on the property where he resides to avoid further citations and/or fines.

One black pitbull type dog identified as 'Jaws' was observed trespassing onto other properties and frightening residents in the neighborhood by approaching them and barking and growling in a fearful, standoffish manner. Please make immediate corrections to avoid further citations and/or fines.
