It shall be unlawful for any person in charge of any animal to fail, refuse or neglect to provide such animal with food, potable water, adequate shelter as defined hereinabove, shade when appropriate, and health care. A dog living at this location is being left out on the back porch without adequate shelter and there is no visible source of food/water available. The temperature when animal protection arrived on scene initially was 25 degrees with a mix of sleet and snow precipitating. Corrections must be made immediately to avoid further action and/or fines.
