Code Description:
No person shall own, keep or harbor any animal that unreasonably annoys humans, endangers the life or health of persons or other animals, or substantially interferes with the rights of citizens, other than their owner’s, to enjoyment of life or property. The term "animal nuisances" shall include, but is not limited to any animal that: Goes upon any property or premises not owned or occupied by the person who keeps, harbors or owns the animal. Two dogs residing at 1801 Kirby Dr. were observed running loose in public roadways and on others properties unsupervised and uncontrolled after complaints were generated to our office. The property owner and tenant were previously sent a notice of violation in the mail on 04/05/24 for the same complaints. Please take immediate corrective action to avoid future citations and/or fines.
