Illicit Connections. No person shall construct, use, or maintain any illicit connection to the MS4. This includes connections made in the past that were previously lawful. A violation occurs if any line conveying sewage, pollutants, or hazardous materials is connected to the MS4 or allowed to remain connected. 10/13/2023 Repairs have not been initiated and property owner has not communicated with compliance officer regarding a timeline for repairs. Please inspect an additionally discovered flow of water at lot 15. This also needs to be addressed by the next compliance deadline. 09/26/2023 Sewer discharge, Kentucky Gardens Lots 39 and 51. Repair so that they are no longer discharging and decontaminate the areas.
