All vacant structures and premises thereof or vacant land shall be maintained in a clean, safe, secure and sanitary condition as provided herein so as not to cause a blighting problem or adversely affect the public health or safety. During a recent inspection at this property, it was observed that this premises is vacant and not maintained.

Per Bowling Green Municipal Utilities, there hasn't been utility service at this property since 2018.

Exterior property and premises shall be free from landscaping debris or natural damage of grounds, including but not limited to ashes, stones, glass, concrete, unused piles or bags of rock/mulch/soil, fallen trees, tree branches, limbs, brush and yard trimmings; There is an accumulation of construction/demolition and/or landscape debris on the premises including, but not limited to, large tree limbs. Please remove any and all construction/demolition/landscape debris.
