Code Description:
It shall be unlawful for the owner, occupant or person having control or management of any public or private land within the City to permit a public nuisance to develop thereon. Public nuisances include, but are not limited to, the following conditions: Mobile or Manufactured Homes. The allowing of one (1) or more mobile or manufactured home or recreational vehicle as defined in KRS 227.550 that are junked, wrecked or non-operative and which are not inhabited; The recreational vehicle at this location appears to not be maintained in good condition to the point it is not operable. This has generated complaints to our office.
