Roland Bland Park sits on 17.76 acres in the heart of Downtown Bowling Green encompassing the Skate Park. This park has just about every amenity you would need to have an enjoyable day at the park. Roland Bland has a shelter for shade (non-reservable), gazebo, restrooms, basketball courts, an accessible playground for all abilities, ample parking, BikeWalk BG Trails, and has a large grassy area for one to enjoy the great outdoors.
The Roland Bland Park is also home to the Bowling Green Skate Park. Inline skates, skateboards, and BMX bikes are all welcome at the skate park to enjoy the variety of rails, ramps, bowls, and half pipes. The skate park is open from 7:00 am-11:00 pm and has several bleachers available for spectators. Throughout the park, you can also get free WIFI provided by the city.
