Hope Spiller, Assistant City Clerk for the City of Bowling Green, has been honored as the 2025 Clerk of the Year by the Barren River Municipal Clerks Association for her outstanding leadership, professionalism, and dedication.
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. - The Barren River Municipal Clerks Association named Bowling Green Assistant City Clerk, Hope Spiller the 2025 Clerk of the Year.
The Clerk of the Year Award is one of the Barren River Municipal Clerks Association’s highest honors, given annually to a clerk who demonstrates exceptional competence, ethical conduct, and contributions that advance the municipal clerk profession.
The award was presented at the Association’s annual meeting on December 4th, 2025, recognizing Spiller who has served the City of Bowling Green with distinction for seven years, for her outstanding leadership, professionalism, and dedication.
Spiller has been a member of the BRMCA for seven years and has served as the Treasurer for four years. Hope is also an active member of the Kentucky Municipal Clerks Association where she serves on various committees.
Hope’s expertise, initiative, and compassion make her a temendous asset to this community.
