Update on the construction of Covington Woods Playground Surfacing

Covington Woods Playground is getting a major upgrade! The existing mulch surface will soon be replaced with pour-in-place rubber surfacing, creating a safer, cleaner, and more accessible play area for everyone.

This new surface will enhance ADA accessibility and promote inclusivity, ensuring children of all abilities can enjoy the playground together.

The project is expected to take just a couple of weeks to complete. Stay tuned as we’ll share updates on the completion date and grand reopening celebration soon!
