City of Bowling Green, Kentucky

The City of Bowling Green would like to recognize any newly naturalized United States Citizen for this lifetime achievement at our annual event to take place on Tuesday, September 23, 2025. 

To be eligible for this event, you must:

• Have taken the citizenship oath between September 2024 and September 2025.
• Live in Bowling Green / Warren County
• Each new U.S. Citizen will be recognized by City officials during the ceremony, where they will present the certificate of recognition and take an official photo with each Citizen. If multiple members of the family became U.S. Citizens, all will be recognized as a family unit.

New U.S. Citizens who want to be recognized must complete a registration form available at:  https://www.bgky.org/ncs/icl/reception-for-new-americans

What to expect during the event:

Families and friends of the new U.S. Citizen are welcome to attend the event

New U.S. Citizens will have the opportunity to register to vote

Light refreshments will be served
