Board of Commissioners to hold special call session

The public is invited to attend a special call work session of the City Board of Commissioners Sept. 5. at Mount Zion Baptist Church.

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. - The Bowling Green Board of Commissioners will hold a special call work session at 6 p.m. Sept. 5 at Mount Zion Baptist Church, 175 Graham Drive, to discuss a variety of updates on several projects within the City limits.

Prior to the start of the work session, the public is invited to participate in the naming of a gateway project being overseen by Operation P.R.I.D.E.

Operation P.R.I.D.E. values public input for the naming of the new gateway location at Sixth Avenue and Kentucky Street.

The public may vote on naming choice at 5:30 p.m. when the doors open.
