TWO FREE NEIGHBORHOOD TRAININGS OFFERED NEXT WEEK
BOWLING GREEN, KY - The City of Bowling Green Neighborhood Action Office will offer two free neighborhood training sessions at the Bowling Green Police Department Community Room next week. Both sessions fulfill the training requirement for the City's Select Neighborhood Action Program (SNAP) Grant cycle for 2010.
"Understanding Bowling Green's Neighborhood Ordinances" will be presented by Code Enforcement Coordinator Alex Colovos and Neighborhood Action Coordinator Karen Foley on Monday night, March 29 at 6:30-8:00 p.m.
A new offering called "Legal & Insurance Know-How for Homeowners and Neighborhood Groups" will be presented on Tuesday, March 30 at 6:30-8:00 p.m. This question and answer session will be facilitated by City legal staff Gene Harmon and Tammy Wethington, along with Mike Hepp from Charles M. Moore Insurance.
Both sessions are free, and attendees are encouraged to pre-register by contacting Karen Foley at karen.foley@bgky.or 393-3674. The Bowling Green Police Community Room is located at 911 Kentucky Street.
