Whether you're wanting to lose weight, tone up, improve your Cardio-respiratory or just don't want to use machines to exercise - Then use the Cardio-Room, a room full of state of the art Cardio-vascular machines, including treadmills, stair climbers, ellipticals, various bikes, complete with TV's to keep you motivated and in tune with what's going on.

Monday-Friday: 6:00am-10:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 9:00am-8:00pm

Fee: $13.00 monthly
(Unlimited Cardio Room visits, use of Locker Rooms, whirlpool and sauna.)
