FairviewCemetery Reminders:

Fairview Cemetery Staff would like to remind the citizensof Bowling Green that during inclement weather the cemetery gates will be closed until allice, snow, and other debris causing unsafe conditions in the cemetery can be cleared fromthe roads in the cemetery. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are only thinking of your safety as well as other peoples property such as headstones etc.

Most importantly, please remember that Fairview Cemetery is a cemetery. The staff at Fairview Cemetery has the utmost respect and concern for all friends and loved ones buried here. We expect the citizens of this community to feel the same way.
Cemeteries in Bowling Green
Many complaints have been made regarding pets in the cemetery. The main complaint being that the owners are letting their pets run and do nature's business on graves and headstones.The staff of Fairview Cemetery and Owners find this very disrespectful to their loved ones and friends buried here at Fairview Cemetery.

We request and expect pets not to be allowed in the cemetery.

Cemetery Chapel:

The Bloch Chapel located in Cemetery 1 of Fairview Cemetery can be rented for $50.00 per hour, minimum of two hours. The chapel is used for weddings, funerals, memorial services and church functions. For more information call the Cemetery Office at 393-3607.


Bricks at Veteran’s Cemetery Section:


Memorial bricks can be purchased for $50 each. They will be placed in the Veteran’s Memorial Plaza located at Fairview Cemetery. For more information call the Cemetery Office at 393-3607.
