#BGGovToGo Kicks Off With May the 4th Community Block party

The City of Bowling Green will kick off its #BGGovToGo neighborhood outreach initiative with a Star Wars themed block party on Friday, May the 4th at SOKY Marketplace.
The City of Bowling Green will kick off its #BGGovToGo neighborhood outreach initiative with a Star Wars themed block party on Friday, May the 4th at SOKY Marketplace, at 636 Center Street behind SKYPAC from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Neighborhood & Community Services has partnered with all City departments and several other local agencies to host an event which will include free hot dogs, lemonade and pop ice while supplies last, along with hands-on activities and games, meet and greet with elected officials, public safety, and other agency workers, and fun for all ages. Momo Kitchen food truck will also have food for sale.
In addition to the City of Bowling Green, other partners include BGMU, Scott Waste Management, SOKY Marketplace, Warren County Public Works, Warren County Public Library, and others.
Participants are invited to wear their Star Wars gear, pose for pictures and use the hashtag #knowyourneighboryoumust in keeping with the theme.
