The Bowling Green Fire Department is offering Heartsaver First aid/CPR/AED certification training for civilians. Classes will be offered on the second Saturday of each month and typically last 6 to 8 hours.

The Bowling Green Fire Department is offering Heartsaver First aid/CPR/AED certification training for civilians. Classes will be offered on the second Saturday of each month and typically last 6 to 8 hours.

Classes are taught by certified American Heart Association instructors from the Bowling Green Fire Department and will be held at our Training Center/Northside Fire Station at 250 New Porter Pike. This is a perfect opportunity for anyone to learn techniques to help others in emergency situations.

Participants are asked to sign up online by going to http://bgfd-cpr.eventbrite.com. Available dates are listed and after picking a date, you simply follow the screen to make payment. Class cost is $60 for an individual and $50 per person for group pricing.

Participants must be at least 16 years of age. Any student under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult during the duration of the class.
